How to Contact the TRACS Board or General Membership

The club has two E-Mail distribution lists.  One for the board of directors, and one for the full membership list.

These are un-moderated and available for anyone to use.    They are on the honor system, with the expectation that they will be used for appropriate club related business.  This can include buying and selling equipment, looking for team partners,  offering or requesting information regarding tracking or agility etc.

We encourage club members to use these lists to increase dialog within the club and with the Board.  Please feel free to do this.

All messages posted to the groups are filed in the Google Group system.  You can access the General Membership file by clicking on this link:  Group Mail File . While in this system you can view past messages, modify your own profile and settings, view the list of other members, etc.  Some options are only available when using a desktop computer, or are in “desktop mode” when using a phone or tablet.
